A grazing table and passed canapés is perfect for almost any party! Tonight we had slow cooked beef sliders, sushi, Thai spring rolls, pizza, and so much more! Thank you chef Joy! It was a pleasure to work with you. 🍇🧀🍔🍣🍾🥂

It was such a nice creative endeavor to design a 1st birthday party in an “under the sea” theme! I especially enjoyed making the cake :). It was three layers of chocolate with a cinnamon pastry cream and buttercream frosting. We also had a hot sandwich bar with slow cooked prime rib, chicken, and a really great orzo salad with sun-dried tomatoes. On the table, we had some nice salads as well, mini quiches, bagels and lox, and jello made out of white grape juice. Everything a brunch could ask for! There were also drinks of course ;).

This is a little table we did @brooklyngrange last year! Sometimes I forget to post all the events that we do, but I get around to it eventually. We also had hot passed sliders from the kitchen, spinach pies, and other hot canapés! It was a busy night once the guests arrived so I didn’t get a chance to take too many other pictures. 🍇🧀🍾

We had a blast working for @stoeltpro and @teremana making tacos for over 700 guests! Special thanks to the team at Privé events for handling the beverages and to my amazing team for making this happen. We had slow cooked beef birria, chicken, and mixed bean tacos with all the fixings! 🌮🌮🌮

For the past 15 years we’ve lived, worked, and traveled in over 40 countries, and it’s shaped our values, our purpose, and the way we see the world.

Our travels always have a purpose. Sometimes, that’s research like the nine months we spent in Peru, working with Quechua potato farmers in the Andes.

Often, it’s cultural exchange—working or restaurants, farms, or ecoretreats in Nepal, Bali, India, Greece, and Thailand.

Sometimes, it’s learning from grandmothers in their kitchen… Nonna Maria in Sicily, where recipes are shaped by the season, or with our Oma in Vienna, learning handed down recipes.

Sometimes, it’s simply following curiosity and chasing ingredients and their stories, like bergamot in southern Italy, and ume in Japan, or chartreuse in the French Alps.

These experiences brought meaning to our lives and became a powerful antidote to anxiety, depression, and cynicism.

They have also taught us that the world is more gentle, generous, kind, and welcoming than we’re often led to believe. We have far more in common than what separates us. The world is incredibly diverse, yet deeply interconnected. Food and drink are powerful medium for bringing people together.

We are all deeply reliant on the natural world, shaped by it, and sustained by it. With plants, especially, supporting and improving life all around us, in ways both big and small.

Our journey is still unfolding, and we’re excited to share more of it with you. Please stay tuned.

It was so fun working with @mancusor0 to create a graze on a pool table! We had roast beef sliders with special sauce, smoked duck with homemade duck sauce, chicken breast with roasted yellow tomatoes and pesto, smoked gravlox and more!
