This was a very intense and interesting trip. From Tarifa Spain we took a boat to Morocco and for nine days we explored. Overall a very eye opening experience and cultural shock. I learned a lot about vegetable tagines, cous cous, and some other traditional dishes. We went on a three day desert trip via camel…and it turned out that the best food we had in Morocco was cooked by our desert guides! We traveled from Tangir to Marrakesh, then to Ouarzazate and from there out to the desert. In morocco you must be ready to haggle for everything, and getting busses can be tricky so plan ahead!
